Raymore is home to more than 285 acres of parkland and green space, more than 20 miles of trails and walking paths and excellent community facilities for sports, recreation and community events including the newly expanded Raymore Activity Center, Hawk Ridge Park Amphitheater and the modern Centerview event space.

1011 S Madison St.

Located on the southern end of town on 62 acres, Recreation Park is the most active park in Raymore, with approximately 80% of its space dedicated to active programmable use. The Raymore Skate Park is also found in Recreation Park, as is Recreation Park Pond, a baseball complex with concessions, the Optimist Shelter and nearby concession stand, and the East Shelter with playground equipment (Gemini climbing nets and climbing rock). Hours of operation: Dawn to 11 p.m.

701 Johnston Parkway

Hawk Ridge Park is 79 acres of rolling hills with a fishing lake (daily creel limits for fishing are 4 channel catfish, 2 bass, 20 blue gill, 30 crappie). A Missouri fishing license is required. Trout are stocked through winter months (trout stamp required) and channel catfish are stocked regularly in warmer months.  All boats, watercraft and personal flotation devices are prohibited from water features located in Raymore public parks. Hours of operation: Dawn to 11 p.m.

Renovations completed August 2019 added several amenities that are accessible to people of all abilities, making the park Missouri's first inclusive park.

214 S Washington St.

T.B. Hanna Station is home to several community events throughout the year, including the Mayor's Tree Lighting. The park features The Depot- a large covered pavilion, permanent restrooms, big shade trees, picnic tables and the Variety KC Inclusive Playground and Variety KC Inclusive Sprayground (open summers) and an ice skating rink open during winter months. Ice skate rental available onsite. Hours of operation: Dawn to 11 p.m.

400 Park Lane

Memorial Park is located off Olive Street, behind Raymore Elementary School. The park area encompasses 20+ acres and has a pleasant mix of passive and active space. The park hosts several of Raymore's special events and festivals. Hours of operation: Dawn to 11 p.m.

500 Chestnut Circle

Moon Valley Park features green space, a playground, shelter house and restroom on 18.5 acres. Hours of operation: Dawn to 11 p.m.

Ward Park Place Subdivision

Located on 3.88 acres on the western end of Sierra Drive in Ward Park Place subdivision, Ward Park received playground equipment and a paved walking trail in 2011. Hours of operation: Dawn to 11 p.m.

Eagle Glen Linear Park
Within the Eagle Glen subdivision, Eagle Glen Linear Park features 25.3 acres, green space, walking trails and play equipment.
Good Parkway Linear Park
33 acres of green space and walking trails are located between Stonegate and Wood Creek subdivisions.
