The Raymore Civic Leadership Academy is a free 5-week program that allows residents to learn about the inner workings of the City of Raymore and its operations, services and programs.
Participants will engage in presentations, activities and exercises by department heads and other staff members. The program includes tours of City facilities and each session allows time for questions and answers.
Participants will come away with first-hand knowledge of how to build a better community as well-informed and civically engaged residents. CLA may also prepare residents for public service on City Council or City boards or commissions.
