Epic Martial Arts: Karate for Kids
Epic Martial Arts is a leadership school where more than just kicking and punching techniques are taught. Epic Martial Arts has developed a program based on traditional taekwondo for kids called Karate for Kids!
The Karate for Kids system is based on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical taekwondo skills. Filion ATA Marial Arts has tailored a program called Gardner STRONG that served as the platform for students to exercise their leadership skills. Watch in amazement as your child helps more around the house, performs better at school and helps build his/her community to become Raymore STRONG. The building blocks for our system are monthly themes such as goals, friendship, perseverance, self-control, confidence, self-improvement, courtesy, self-awareness, respect, integrity, self-esteem and dedication. This class is an introductory class that can be taken continually. After your first session, if you are wanting to join Epic Martial Arts as a student, which allows you to advance in ranking and participate in ATA tournaments around the world, please contact Raymore Parks and Recreation or talk to your instructor for more information.
