This Zumba class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Zumba incorporates fun, high energy Latin and contemporary music. It is perfect for all age groups and all fitness levels. Frequently referred to as exercise in "disguise" because fitness is a by-product of the real objectives which is happiness. Classes last approximately 55 minutes with warm-up and cool down. Instructor Marion Van Rest is a licensed Zumba instructor with 10 years experience in the joy of teaching Zumba.

Epic Woman Kickboxing
Strong is beautiful and "I am STRONG" is the motto of the Epic Woman's Kickboxing Class. This month long program will make you feel like an Amazon warrior. Learn the basic self defense moves as you get the most fun and engaging workout ever. Learn techniques from taekwondo, boxing, Krav Maga and Muay Thai. This is the workout you've been looking for, the workout you will finally stick with, the workout that will make you strong again. Teen and adult women only. All participants must bring their own striking gloves.

Come join us and other moms for an hour of physical activity while your little ones are entertained. The new Raymore Activity Center has a walking track that will be open for moms to walk/jog and socialize while their kids are being entertained with activities in the gym or outside (weather permitting) by our staff. Kids must be 2 years or older. Each mom is allowed up to three kids with any additional kids requiring an additional fee.

A movement class that builds body awareness through the integration of yoga postures and breath. You will build strength, endurance, and flexibility while calming the mind. During the second half of the class, you will safely and effectively stretch and lengthen your body with yin (longer held) poses and breathing techniques. All classes support beginners and experienced practitioners. Morning classes have a slower pace, evening classes move through the poses a bit more quickly. Please bring a yoga mat.

Instructor Becky Stevens is certified in Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Senior Fitness Training Specialist, Tai Chi, Meditation, Thai Yoga and CYT 200 Hour Hatha Yoga with over 20 years teaching experience.
Seniors Seated Strengthen & Stretch
A seated class to build strength gently and safely, and to increase flexibility in a non-competitive atmosphere. Exercises are geared toward the older adult and can help with balance, arthritis, osteoporosis, obesity, diabetes, and back problems.

Instructor Angel Guerra is certified in YogaFit, Silver Sneakers, and Senior Yoga as well as Thai Energy. Angel has been leading fitness classes since 2010.
