Adopted Plan and Appendices

The Raymore Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council adopted Raymore Blueprint 2045 for the City of Raymore on May 12, 2025. The plan has replaced the former Growth Management Plan as the city's Comprehensive Plan and will serve as guidance for staff and the city's appointed and elected bodies as it relates to the growth and development of Raymore.
