Update- Monday, Nov. 24: A contractor is working to complete urgent street repairs before the weather turns colder later this week. On Tuesday, Nov. 26, Hubach Hill Road will be closed between Wesley and Char-Don for repairs. Follow signage for the detour route and view the attached map for details.

As soon as Hubach Hill is completed, the crew will move to the northbound lane of N. Foxridge Drive (anticipated Tuesday afternoon). Flaggers will be allowing traffic to pass in the southbound lane between Creekmoor Drive and 163rd Street. 

On Wednesday, Nov. 26, substantial repairs will be made on N. Madison Street at the 155th Street intersection. N. Madison will be closed to traffic during the repair. Traffic will detour on Gore Road to Kurzweil if heading east and other traffic will be directed to 163rd Street to Foxridge.

RAYMORE, MO (Friday, Nov. 14, 2025) - Phillips Paving will begin substantial street improvement work including full depth patching and mill and overlay work on multiple streets in town the week of Nov. 17, weather permitting. The tentative schedule is as follows:

• Monday, Nov. 17 and Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025: Carlisle Drive and W. Walnut Street between N. Sunset Lane and N. Woodson Drive
• Wednesday, Nov. 19: E. Hubach Hill Road between Char-Don Avenue and Wesley Avenue. Flaggers and signage will be on site and workers will be working on one lane at a time.
• Thursday, Nov. 20: N. Foxridge Drive, northbound lane between 163rd Street and Creekmoor Drive. Flaggers and traffic control will be on site.
• Friday, Nov. 21: N. Madison Street between 163rd Street and 155th Street. Flaggers and traffic control will be on site.

This schedule is tentative and subject to change. Updates will be posted here as they are made available.
