RAYMORE, MO – The Missouri Arts Council has awarded the Raymore Arts Commission an Express Touring Grant in the amount of $1,200 to support the second annual Power of Perspectives Art Competition exhibit and  awards reception April 25, 2025.

The grant will be used to provide live entertainment by the Ryan Marquez Jazz Trio, enhancing the event’s celebration of area talent and creativity. 

“We are grateful for the support of the Missouri Arts Council in helping us elevate this year’s Power of Perspectives awards reception with live entertainment,” Raymore Arts Commission Chair Bob Berry said. “This grant allows us to create an even more memorable experience for our artists and guests.”

Members of the public are invited to attend the event from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, April 25, at the Centerview event space at 227 Municipal Circle. In addition to live music, the reception will feature an exhibit of all of the works of art entered in the competition, a presentation of awards, complimentary refreshments and a cash bar.
