RAYMORE, MO - Grant Park Villas, a new housing development, celebrated its groundbreaking on May 22, 2024. This project is a joint effort between West Central Community Action Agency and Zimmerman Properties. 

The apartment community will have three buildings with 48 living units. Amenities include a clubhouse, playground with a covered barbeque and picnic area and a dog park. The apartments will be located near the intersection of Adams Street and Grant Drive.

This residential development will provide income-targeted affordable units. Increasing the availability of affordable housing units within the City and providing housing options for employees of Raymore businesses will support the economic growth of the community. These units will offer an opportunity for residents of all income levels to enjoy the Raymore community.
