The Spirit of America Celebration starts at 7 p.m., Friday, July 3, at Recreation Park. Admission is free.

Parking opens at 6 p.m. and spaces are limited! Consider carpooling. Once parking is full, street parking is open in nearby neighborhoods–do NOT block driveways.

Join us for live music from Walker Mathison's Ranahan Duo, inflatables, entertainment artists and food trucks and concessions.

Catch the Colombia vs. Ghana knockout match on our big screen on Baseball Field #4 at 8:30 p.m.!

The fireworks show starts after dusk, usually around 9:40 p.m.

 

Leashed and vaccinated pets are normally allowed in our parks, but please leave your dog at home for this event. Temperatures will be very hot, hot asphalt surfaces can burn paw pads in a matter of seconds and the vast majority of animals are terrified of fireworks. Leave them home in the AC and with some white noise running for this event!
