Arts Commission Calendar

The Raymore Arts Commission offers a variety of opportunities for our residents to engage in the arts. Annual events include the Power of Perspectives Art Competition each April, a concert series that runs from June through October, a new children's art event in August called the Station Stop Art Party, the new Raymore Chili Cook-Off debuting in October 2025, and the Holiday Sing Along each December. 2026 e-Waste Recycling Event

Recycle electronics at this drive-thru event

 e-WASTE RECYCLING EVENT Saturday, June 6, 9 a.m.-noon. at City Hall’s front parking lot, 100 Municipal Circle, Raymore 

The City of Raymore has partnered with TechRemove for our annual e-waste removal event. Do you have old printers, computers, cell phones or TVs you want to get rid of? There is no limit to the number of electronics accepted per person. TechRemove is prepared to collect up to 80,000 pounds of materials at this event.

Most items with a cord or battery will be accepted for free, including desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, modems/routers/internet gateways/switches, servers, computer components, home stereo equipment, iPods and MP3 players, radios/boom boxes, speakers and subwoofers, recording, mixing and audio equipment, printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, plotters and large format printers, 3D printers, ink toner and cartridges, shredders, mail machines, projectors, cable boxes, satellite dishes, video game consoles and accessories, cameras, camcorders, camera lenses, power tools and any appliance under 10 pounds or under 14x14x14 inches in size (without food waste present), and more.

NO LARGE APPLIANCES OR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Visit www.recyclespot.com for KC-area locations to recycle odd items.

For a fee, TechRemove will accept the following materials: 

CRT Monitor - $5 

CRT TV or Projection TV - $30 

LCD TV - $20

Acceptable payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, check, cash or money order.

Raymore Police and staff will be directing traffic.
