• Creating an environment that will be responsive to the concerns of residents and the development community
• Improving the quality of life in the City by maintaining and improving the City’s tax base and employment

Focus
The primary focus of the Economic Development Department is:

• Retaining and expanding existing Raymore businesses
• Assisting new commercial and industrial businesses locating in the City

• Mayor
• City Council
• Economic Development Host Team
• Tax Increment Financing Commission
