City to hold auctions for surplus property
The City of Raymore will be disposing of surplus and obsolete property via an online auction site, in accordance with City Council Resolution 16-42.
A total of 26 lots will be available for public bids through the GovDeals.com website on two separate dates.
The first auction will open on Thursday, March 16, and will run through Friday, March. 24. Items available in this initial offering include assorted lots of computers and related electronic equipment.
The second round of auctions open on Monday, March 27, and will end on Tuesday, April 4. These lots feature; Christmas wreaths and garland, lockers, snow plows, trailers, lawn equipment, power tools, and T8 lightbulbs.
A third auction, at a date to be determined, will feature: Two 2009 Dodge Chargers and a 2014 Dodge Charger.
Anyone wishing to bid on any of these auction items may visit the online auction site at www.govdeals.com/CityofRaymoreMo after the listings go live at 8 a.m. on the posted start dates. The winning bidder must make arrangement to pick up the item(s) at the designated area within 10 business days of purchase.
